A card is required to start the seven-day free trial. Unless you cancel through billing management before the trial ends, the Solo subscription begins billing at your selected frequency: $49 per month or one $490 charge per year.
Yes. Cancel through Account and Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After billing begins, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not delete your account.
Solo includes the daily workflow, customer booking, reports, imports, and optional Stripe invoice payments. Pro adds employee and crew management, crew scheduling, and Vehicle Condition Scan. Pro and Elite are Coming Soon and cannot currently be purchased.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or specifically approved by DetailGrid in writing.
Solo is currently the only purchasable plan. Choose monthly or annual billing when signing up. Use Account and Billing for the changes available to your subscription, or contact support. Immediate plan or billing-frequency changes are not promised.
Subscription checkout is hosted by Stripe. DetailGrid does not store full payment-card numbers or CVV codes. Customer invoice payments use the detailing business’s connected Stripe account.
