Before DetailGrid, Tyler worked in automotive detailing and saw how quickly the business side could pull focus away from the work itself: customer notes in one place, vehicle details somewhere else, estimates rebuilt by hand, appointments remembered manually, and invoices that needed follow-up.

DetailGrid exists to bring those pieces into one professional system for detailers: customers, vehicles, estimates, appointments, invoices, payments, reminders, and reporting connected around the job.

DetailGrid was created from real automotive detailing experience to solve the administrative problems that come with running a detailing business. The goal is simple: give detailers a professional system for the work around the work, without making the software feel bigger than the business.
